Description
At JPMorganChase, we're building modern, personalized ways for customers to invest and get advice-meeting them where they are across digital and in-branch experiences. As an Associate on our Consumer Advice growth marketing team, you'll help accelerate new customer acquisition by turning insights into strategy, strategy into experiments, and experiments into measurable growth. If you're energized by solving ambiguous problems, partnering across teams, and telling clear, compelling stories with data, this role offers the visibility, ownership, and impact to match.As an Associate on the Consumer Advice growth marketing team, you will help drive new customer acquisition for our digital Advice products through data-driven strategy and disciplined execution. You will develop, implement, measure, and communicate marketing initiatives that accelerate growth across digital channels, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, Finance, and cross-line-of-business stakeholders.
This role requires strong analytical problem-solving, structured project management, and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials. The position is highly visible and involves frequent collaboration with partners and leaders across the firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies and campaigns for our digital investing/advice offerings, aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams to shape and deliver cross-functional growth initiatives
- Structure ambiguous business problems into hypotheses and design test-and-learn roadmaps (e.g., A/B testing, channel experimentation, funnel optimization)
- Manage performance measurement and reporting, including budget stewardship, KPI tracking, and post-campaign readouts
- Analyze customer behavior, acquisition funnels, market dynamics, and program results to identify opportunities and recommend optimizations
- Support seamless and consistent customer experiences across digital and in-branch touchpoints, in partnership with channel and experience owners
- Build business cases for new growth programs, including sizing, ROI expectations, and investment rationale
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into actionable narratives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, growth/digital marketing, product strategy, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define success metrics and evaluate performance rigorously
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple priorities across cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-ready storytelling and visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience in financial services, consumer banking, investing, or fintech
- Experience with digital acquisition channels (e.g., paid media, SEO/SEM, email, in-app, partnerships) and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with customer analytics, attribution concepts, and funnel optimization approaches
